I anticipate one opening in a 3,000-ac lease with 4br house for the 2019-20 season. Limited to 10 members total. Property is secured on long term lease. Cover types include hardwoods along creeks, natural pine-hardwood stands, planted pines, and one hayfield. Also has about a mile of powerline. Pine plantations are a patchwork of timber stands ranging from 1-40 years old. Quality food sources including mast producing oaks, understory browse, and food plots. Good road system behind locked gates. A number of ladder stands and shooting houses already in place.

Good deer and turkey hunting. Some hogs. Above average deer density. Members are encouraged to harvest does to help improve our doe-to-buck ratio. Good genetics. This region produces 130-150 class bucks with an occasional 160-class. Dues are $4000 and covers lease, insurance, food plots, and use of the house. Member is allowed 2 bucks, 6 does, and 2 gobblers. No limit on hogs. Members share a furnished 4br house located on the property.

Our goal is quality hunting and minimal pressure. Members must live an hour or more from the property. The average member hunts 1-2 times a month. Guest is allowed on occasion - with discretion. Anything killed by the guest counts toward the member’s quota. Photos at [removed]
