3 BR Cabin and 4 Acres Touching 195,000 Acres of the Shenadoah National Park

My property is a hunter’s dream. It’s 3. 6 acres and sits nestled in the middle of the Shenandoah National Park (195,000 acres) in 3 cardinal directions and borders the national park along the entire back line of the property. Naked Creeks lies only several hundred yards away. Naked Creek’s eastern waterfalls also lies about a mile hike into the National Park. The rental includes access to the well maintained three bedroom one bathroom cabin I usually rent on air bnb and is in great condition. There is a firepit, a deck with a grill, a cleared area for a camper or tents, and a small plateau with a tree stand overlooking the Shenandoah National Park. It is a wildlife oasis. I will attempt to include some better pictures and videos, including a better and closer picture of the tree stand shortly, but you can easily imagine the enormous population of Turkey, Deer, Bear, etc. That overflow out of the enormous nature preserve that is the Shenandoah National Forest. I would consider both a short term or long term lease for this year’s hunting season. Ideally, I would like to rent the entire property from November 7th to January 31st for $5000.
