This great lease is a 3100 acre year round lease in sutton county.  The lease consists of two pastures high fenced. All pastures have water, good senderos and good roads. There are two stock tanks and numerous water troughs. There are thousands of oak trees.
 
This a 6 member lease with 2 openings available. All members have equal access to all hunting locations. All 10 hunting locations have a blind and feeder and are ready to hunt.  We are continually doing bulldozer work maintaining roads. The ranch regularly produces 140’s-180 class bucks. Limited guests are allowed. Dove and turkey hunting is outstanding. There are axis and blackbuck antelope.  There are 2 whitetail bucks allowed per gun. And some axis and blackbuck (determined after the game survey before the season).

A very nice 4 bedroom residence is included. You will have your own bedroom with 2 beds. There is large entertainment room with cable tv. Outdoor bbq and campfire. There is a new walk in cooler and cleaning area. All electricity is provided.
And includes corn feed all year at 11 feeders. We feed 2000 lbs. Of corn a week!  So we are looking for 2 hunters that are trophy minded that want to grow trophy bucks. This is the nicest ranch i have leased in 40 years.
