Quail/Dove/Spring Turkey Lease Paducah Tx. $1350

We have a quail lease that just came available today in cottle county !!!!!!. We have 1800 acres of fantastic quail, turkey, and dove hunting in paducah, tx. Lots of cover as well as water tanks and mesquites and a seasonal creek. We have 5 pastures that all have great quail, turkey, and dove hunting. We border a 77,000 acre ranch and lots of wildlife comes to our place from there and other surrounding properties. We also border several crop fields also. We will be deer hunting from october 1st until december 25th. Quail hunters will have total access to all 5 properties starting december 25 and ends on the last day of february. You will be allowed to spring turkey hunt and you can dove hunt the first 2 weeks of september. This place is covered in dove. The quail, dove, and turkey will be fat because we have feeders cranking out corn as well as protein. We are looking for 6 bird hunters total.
