About Us
Cherokee Spur Ranch is a hunt club in Oklahoma that occupies 1,000 acres and nearly 2 miles of shoreline on beautiful Grand Lake ‘O the Cherokees. They offer upland bird hunting for bobwhite quail and pheasant, European Driven Pheasant shoots, and waterfowl hunting.
Cherokee Spur Ranch is indeed the exception to the rule as far as Hunt Clubs go. CSR do not follow the traditional, outdated methodologies. Rather, they have boldly gone where no other hunt club has ever attempted. That is providing optimum conditions to sustain the highest quail density possible. This allows you the privilege to find several coveys per hour.
Each of the hunts include a guide, dogs, meals, and drinks. The club is open from November 1st to March 31st. Both European Pheasant Shoots and upland bird hunting is available 7 days a week. No 12 gauge shotguns allowed for upland bird hunting. They prefer side by sides or over/under’s also. There are guns for loan if necessary.
