Nestled within the Mississippi River flyway with the Ouachita River to the west, the lodge is surrounded by thousands of acres of fertile Delta crop land, providing abundant food and habitat for wintering waterfowl. Theduck hunting property spans over 4,000 acres of conservation projects and rice fields featuring pit blinds meticulously maintained to ensure a successful hunt.
Daves Bayou's expert guides come equipped with trained retrievers, eliminating the need for you to worry about retrieving your birds. Upon returning to the lodge, they can clean and vacuum seal your day's harvest for you. In addition to waterfowl hunting, Daves Bayou offer a range of big game hunts, including Whitetail Deer, Red Stag, Sitka Deer, Axis Deer, and Fallow Deer.
