About Us
The Huntsman Hunt Club is a private shooting preserve in Southeast Michigan. Originally a working family farm, with rolling pastures and wooded ponds, the club has grown into Michigan’s premier shooting preserve. The clubhouse is situated amongst lushly landscaped grounds and features a relaxing, yet refined environment with fieldstone fireplaces and an abundance of hand-hewn woodwork. We are a private shooting preserve with approximately 900 acres of fields designed for the finest upland hunting. Pheasant and Chukar Partridge are hunted from August 15th through April 30th each year. Our bird hunts are half day events going out in the morning and again in the afternoon. We have an excellent staff of guides who will provide their own dogs. However, you are always welcome to hunt with your own dog. We also offer Club European Shoots and Club Hillside Shoots for any club member to join. You may also set up your own private hunt of either type of shoot with a minimum number of your own guests.
