Southern Maine Fish and Game Hunting Club

Southern Maine Fish and Game Hunting Club owns the Herb Parsons Pond, on Martin Rd, which is stocked annually with trout. The club also owns an indoor BB gun range in the basement of the clubhouse on Martin Rd. The club also has an outdoor 200 yd rifle range, and a outdoor pistol range on Slate Hill Road, Eliot, ME. The ranges are private property of the SMFG and is available only to members and their guest. Much about the Southern Maine Fish and Game will forever be lost in history. After much research, pawing through records at both the Fogg Library as the Rice Library for information of the club, the best club can establish is from speculation, assumption and some recollection of one of club esteemed member Harold and bits and pieces in the archives that were searched.
