Nebraska Hunting Clubs Regulation

Nebraska State department of parks and wildlife issue the safety rules and regulations which are regulated in all the hunting clubs throughout the state. Primarily there are two kind of hunting permits available i.e. Nebraska residents and non-residents. A resident is a person who has lived in Nebraska for at least 30 days and all Nebraska residents age 16 or older must have a resident hunting permit and must purchase the Habitat Stamp. Additional permits may be required. All non-residents must have a non-resident hunting permit and must purchase the Habitat Stamp. Apart from that the specific permits to hunt different species are also required. Hunting near the public roads is prohibited. For camping on the private lands, written approval is required from the land owner. Hunters may obtain no more than two permits each year that allow them to harvest a buck and there is no limit to the number of antlerless permits hunters may have.

The pheasant and quail season is long, extending to the end of January. Most of the hunt clubs offer the services of residential lodges, camping, pointer dogs and hunting guides to make the hunting experience more exciting and amazing.
