This ranch has been under the same family ownership for approximately fifty years and this is the first time ever on the market.   The property is fenced and cross fenced into four main pastures. The ranch has a very desirable combination of open grass pastures lined by mature hardwood trees. In areas tree cover is thick, offering plentiful cover for native wildlife. A few mesquite and cedars are found throughout the ranch as well.   Chappell Creek flows through the ranch for over a mile, entering the property from the southwest and winding its way northeast.
