Additionally, the cabin is of strawbale construction and has won some awards for its design and tremendous enviro-friendly green features.Location & History Stonewood Meadows Ranch is located 30 minutes from Estes Park CO, one hour to Longmont, Boulder or Ft. Collins, and two hours from Denver. The ranch is accessible using Hell Canyon Rd, a 4 wheel drive road for 3.5 miles. The road is maintained by the local road association comprised of the neighboring land owners. The road is a little rough, nevertheless once you take your first steps onto the ranch you will know the drive was well worth it.
