The 60 acre retreat has been owned and operated by the current owners as a cattle ranch for the past 135 years. The new owners of the retreat would have a possibility of buying another 40 acres that adjoins the property. Another added benefit to the new owner would be the possibility of leasing the hunting rights which would add another 8,000 deeded acres to the retreat, making it an ideal property for a outfitting camp or a corporate getaway. The Big Snowy Mountains merge with the Little Snowy Mountains at the point of the Red Hill Road. The hunting district is 411 and has the largest elk herd in the state with estimates up to 7,000 head. Adjacent large, private ranches are the reason why 350-400 class bulls have been taken in previous years. For additional information or a private showing, please call or email me.
