Available during September Archery and Muzzleloader season 2026. Cabin with 120 acres in Colorado Unit 421 that borders 30,000 + acres of National Forest. Also close to border of Unit 42. Plentiful elk, deer and bear. OTC tags for elk. Property is excellent to ride-out on horseback or hike. ATV/UTV travel off-property to access trails. There are deer that use this property almost every day and elk pass through frequently. Lots of bear and tags are easy to get. We see a few moose every year. Cabin is comfortable and clean, sleeps 4 on XL cots without being crowded, woodstove for heat, propane cook stove. We primarily hunt on the National Forest and use this property as a base camp. Property has two game poles and walk-in meat storage locker. Outhouse, bath house with shower and sink (June through Sept 30th only), fire ring. Offering a weekly lease for up to 4 hunters.
