182 Acres of Kansas Meadow and Crops

182 acres up on a hill just right off the Caitlin Creek and Cottonwood River, North of Florence KS. About 90 acres of brome and native grass with timber fence lines, with a 1 acre pond up on a hill. An additional 90 acres of old CRP thats recently been planted to soybeans. (Will post pictures later). Deer on this property cross all over, but like to run the ridge on the West half of the property and bed on the hill near the pond, or cut through the North half and head East towards 77 in the now bean field.
