Properties are east of Butler MO. Tract 1 is 92 acres- 75 acres farmland with 15 acres of timber with a creek. Big creek to the south with lots of timber. Food plots possible. Tract 2 is 95 acres- 45 acres of farmland and the rest is timber with a big creek system on the southern edge. Surrounding areas of timber bluffs and pasture. Silent bidding process. Bids do April 9th. You can bid what you feel its worth. Meet me anytime over the next month to look at the propertys. •How many hunters 3-4 max
•willing to enter into a lease and hunting contract, 2 year contract (this is flexible)
