The total area of this hunting property is 191,509 – acres out of which 80 percent is covered with forest and the rest is covered with wetlands, agricultural lands, and a series of farming plots. The animals available here for hunting are Mule deer and Elk. In summer Elk is found in elevation of 9,500 feet to 11,500 feet. In winters it is found in elevation of 7,500 feet to 9,500 feet. Hunters who visit this land must possess a valid hunting license. The hunters who are of age 16 and under can also hunt on this land but under the monitoring of some adult with an appropriate hunting license. Moreover, there are 20 campgrounds on this land. Lastly, cars are not allowed beyond the designated parking area.
