This property has been a consistent producer for hunters wanting to kill deer.  There are plenty of bucks and does.  We want hunters who will kill deer bucks and does. 
We prefer to limit this to 3 missouri hunters who want meat and racks.  We would like people to limit out. 
However, if you are from out of state and only want a 4 day rifle season hunt and are willing to let others hunt the property for the remainder of the lease we will discuss it.

Turkey, coyotes and other predator hunting is included and encouraged. 
For a very short period of time blue and snow geese can be done.
We are asking $3,000 dollars for three hunters.  Kids with hunter education permit hunt with their paid adult hunter hunt for free.
1,000,000 liability plus 2,000,000 aggregate and 5,000 minimum insurance is required with the landowner as a named additional insured.
Btw, the dates on the photos are incorrect.  I don’t have any idea what the year function is doing, however all photos were taken this year.  The month and day appears to be correct as best i can recall when i put the camera out.
