3,000 Acres Eastern Kansas Deer Hunting

Offering up ~3,000 acres of prime Eastern Kansas Whitetail land for 2020 seasons. Follow the google maps link below to see aerial imagery. The land is mapped as follows:
~1,570 acre “North Ranch”
~560 acre “Wolf Creek” (includes Ptak)
~550 acre “Willow Creek”
~330 acre “Lake Pasture”

Will entertain lease offers for the entirety or for any of the four areas separately. Will award lease(s) in March of 2020 in order to provide ample time for out of state hunters to enter lottery before April. Each of these areas offers excellent habitat, including upland pastures coupled with creeks and draws for good cover and water sources. Farm ground is intermixed within as well as around the perimeters. This land has not been leased out for several years and has been hunted very lightly during that time period. Beginning this spring, we expect to implement a wildlife management plan. Happy to discuss details with potential lessees, but the plan is to include food plots, prescribed burning, and deer harvest selection criteria.
