40 Acre Wooded Parcel with ATV Trails Throughout in the Brainerd Lakes Area

Beautiful piece of land bordered by forest and accessible via (mostly mowed) trails and ATV trails. Tons of deer, turkeys and grouse.

$125 per person per day (up to 4) during Rifle/Deer season (Nov. 8-23, permit area 604) or $50 per person per day outside that for Archery/Deer, Muzzle Loader/Deer, Turkeys, Grouse, etc. Reservations are by date for the whole property (not by location). A stand can be left up if you’re coming back for future reserved, days. (We’re not liable for lost or stolen property.)
Cash due at reservation. If you get a deer right away, you can cancel any future reservations and I will refund your money. Hunters younger than 18 years of age will need a parent/guardian signature on the waiver. No alcohol.
