4000 +/- total acres of pasture, cropland, & timber 20 miles NW of Salina, KS

Acres split over 9 sections. Majority being pasture and cropland. 3 different tracts have timber and a water source (pond drainage, creek, or river) running through them. Can get aerial photos if interested. Almost all is in WIHA as of now, but those contracts expire on May 31st, 2020. Not trying to lease all as one big lease, unless someone is interested. Sub-leasing hunting rights will not be accepted. Will try and check back for messages a few times a week and will update or post tracts individually if time allows..
