5 Turkey season spots on farm

Rland. 190 acres of hardwoods. 240 acres that was clear cut in 2021. 8 acre spring fed pond with 90 acres of swamp. Only water source for 2. 7 miles. Food plots and strut lanes throughout the property. It hasn’t been turkey hunted since 2021. A friend came for a weekend and killed 3 birds. Before that it was 2016 since turkey hunted regularly. 11 deer stands up. Top 10% of hunting lands near here. Until you come see it yourself you won’t get it. Once you pay, it’s basically yours to do what you want. No restrictions or breathing down your neck. Guests fine, within reason. Anything more than 3-4 guest hunts a year needs to be discussed. Lease is June to June. Hunt anything that’s legal. Fish/camp whenever. Power hookups but no sewer hookups. Property used on average 2-4 times a week. Couple options for memberships. Annual price is between $1,500 and $2500 depending on what you intend to hunt (***as of now deer hunting is full.
