700 Acres Whitetail Deer Hunting Property Available in Grove Kansas

What’s the going rate for a hunting lease? Turkey only vs exclusive rights. Have good buck history and land is 750 acres. Bass ponds, quail, prairie chicken turkey, whitetail and Catfish in the creek. 1/3 pasture 1/3 timber 1/3 crops of corn or beans with good creek running through it. I could have stands set, feeders filled and cameras checked for a premium. Could even put in food plots. What’s that worth? Not awesome to give up my best spot but Grandma could live better with some extra cash and that’s worth it for me.
