87 Acres CRP / Timber / Food Plots (1 mile south of the Missouri / Iowa Border)

Landowner looking to allow two hunters access to my 87 acre hunting farm (1 mile off the Iowa Line) for a 6 day rifle hunt. If the rifle hunt doesn’t pan out you can come hunt with muzzle loader for late season. Landowner is only looking to book one hunt (for two hunters). There will be no other hunts booked on this farm. This farm has approximately 6 acres of soybean plots and 1 acre of clover plots. This farm is managed for mature whitetail deer hunting. Two Redneck blinds are situated over the soy bean plots. Trails have been cut with a bat-wing mower through most of the farm. No gravel roads are adjacent to this farm for optimum seclusion. One buck and one doe may be harvested per hunter. Hunters will be required to provide a certificate of insurance with the landowners named as additional insureds. No meals included. No lodging included.  $4000 per hunter / $8000 total
