75 acres of prime whitetail deer hunting. I’m selling a 2 person deer hunting lease starting November 1st 2025-December 7th 2025. That covers the prime bow/crossbow season and both shotgun seasons. The lease will terminate at the end of second shotgun season in 2025. Each hunter will be allowed 2 antlered bucks and two does. There are two 6x6 air tight hunting blinds with deer view windows on the property. One of them being brand new and the other only a couple years old. There is an established 1 acre soybean food-plot in front of one blind that has just been planted with the option of leaving another in front of the other blind depending on the deal that is worked out. There is one ladder stand also. This location is between two large bedding areas and has produced quite a few mature bucks for my family in the last 4 years. There is also a 950 square foot shed house on the property that is a 2 bedroom one bathroom. It is in the process of being remodeled currently but will be completed before this year’s deer season. You can walk straight out of the house and to the stand. This dwelling will be available for both hunters to use during the duration of the lease.
