Deer Hunting 1460 Acres in Sabine Parish, LA

We have a family oriented lease in Sabine Parish right near converse, LA 1,460 acres we’re looking for 3-5 members for the 2020/2021 season 1,500$ per person My family is very experienced in managing deer herds and growing a healthy population and producing potential trophies.. It’s a new lease( almost never been hunted before, maybe a hand full of times) so we’re doing everything from scratch but this land definitely has the potential to be something amazing, there’s a primitive camp site and we’re potentially looking into maybe being able to run electricity. Plenty of great clear cuts, insanely thick brush, young pine cut overs for great bedding and numerous really nice creeks that run through it. The PERFECT land for deer management and growing some BIG trophies and a really healthy deer herd for meat and family fun. Also it isn’t far from Toledo bend so this land could potentially be used to camp close to Toledo.
