A good trick that these big bucks play is to go on the opposite side of the fence when you come into the area. This outfitter is able to take you on both sides of the fence which puts these big bucks in the truck. * An additional Antelope hunt that is only a 90 minute drive from here can be scheduled to make a total combo hunt. The antelope hunts average about $1195 depending on the type of hunt you select. Don’t wait until after the draw to try to book the hunt because we always book up on these limited hunts in late February or early April. Hunter provides his own food and lodging.
(This hunt will be in Region M General License, which is a 100% draw near Ten Sleep, Wyoming, between Buffalo and Worland against the famous Bighorn Mountains, and loaded with deer.) The license application deadline is May 31st every year and you will put in for Region M. If you miss the deadline the leftovers come out on July 1st on the internet, first come, first serve. In the left over list in past years they have given out 150 in the drawing leaving another 150 to be given out on the internet on July 1st of each year. Hunter provides his own food and lodging. The other regions are similar that they are a 100% draw every year. They cover multiple units. This is a guided no meals or lodging included but available. You will be with a guide 2 on 1 in a 4 wheel drive vehicle traveling 2 tracks roads and doing a lot of walks and glassing passing smaller bucks. This area holds 160-200 class bucks with the 5 day hunt allowing you to cover the amount of ground and to catch the weather needed to find these monsters. You will be hunting private and public land where ever the big bucks are located at that time of the season.
