Exclusive Rights on 48.5 Acre Hunting Property

I am taking offers on giving the exclusive rights and opportunity to hunt on a prime piece of land I own. We have one person who would like to share the hunting lease if another two or three would like to join him.

Let me put it to you this way. The land was leased years back for rights to hunt upon it before I have owned it. I have the locals asking to hunt on this land constantly. I have now walked the property three times and every time spooked deer out from the brush without trying. There is also a small creek that runs in part of it which is a good water source for the deer. And directly at the very back of the property there is a massive beaver pond wetland that runs through several acres and many other properties directly behind mine. Just a fantastic setup for hunting.

This property is 48.5 acres of mostly dense woods. It is also surrounded by tons of other woods (estimating 2000 acres; about 3 square miles) that I do not own but makes it fantastic for hunting.

This property is in Monroe Township about 7 miles south of Conneaut City, Ohio and about 2,000 feet from the Pennsylvania / Ohio border. Want to go fishing on Lake Erie? You won’t be far from that either. Steelhead fishing? Both Conneaut Creek and the Ashtabula River are nearby.

The person who offers me the best offer (cash; cash and trade; cash and labor; labor) or whatever we work out will have exclusive rights to hunt this land for that year. Just let me know what you can offer.

- camper possible if is removed after lease runs out
