Farm land lease with 7 acre lake

144 acres of farm fields/swamp/7 acre pond/clear cut (35 acres) and hardwoods. Beautiful monster deer and huge bass. Only two hunters for the last 10 years. I only hunted 6 times last season. Several stands up, been baited since June. No one has hunted here yet this year as of 9/28/20. I ask that one day a month for any member to help with clearing shooting lanes/roads. Please be respectful with trash. 14 point typical and 6 does shot last year in 6 trips. Not uncommon to see 10-20 deer in the backs of the fields at any given time. Coyote night hunting encouraged as well. Access to backhoe, atv and cleaning station included as well as fishing on the pond. Camping is fine in moderation. 4 spots available.
