Hunting Lease on 48.7 acres available

It is 48.7 acres of woods and it is connected to anywhere from 4,000 to 6,000 other acres of mostly woods, some farm land, and public hunting grounds in Pennsylvania. The property lies only 2,000 feet West of the Ohio/Pennsylvania border.

• And there was even reported two Bigfoot sightings over the last month and a half [not making that one up].
• And I even heard that All State and State Farm Insurance companies talked the Game Reserve into releasing the hybrid coyotes and maybe even mountain lion in the NW, PA area to cut down on the deer population because of accidents. I had huge paw prints at my house just 12 miles West of this property. It was either a 400# monster dog or an ML.
• Walleye, Smallmouth, Steelhead Trout, and Jumbo Perch just 7 miles north in Lake Erie with Pymatuning Lake only about 20 minutes away if you want to add fishing to your hunting experience.

We talked to a leasing company and they said the property is worth $1,250 for the main hunting season so we are basically looking for $1,250 or best offer. First offer received by me has it for the deer/turkey season.

Awesome property to hunt if you hate hunting on public hunting grounds. These rights will be exclusive to you and up to two more hunters you agree to share a lease with or your hunting companions.

I have one guy who is pretty interested in sharing the expenses if others are willing to do the same. $300 to $500 per person depending on how many are willing to share the lease. Will take $1,000 for the deer/turkey season for party of three.
I need to close this soon as the season is ready to start. I am looking to hunt on this property this season if I don’t close soon.

Might consider some kind of trade. If we do a trade that involves work, you will have to come up with all the money and get your money back when the work is done. We got burned last year with someone who didn’t keep his end of the deal. Not going to do that again. I prefer cash.
