I have 80 acres of private land to lease in Phillips County Montana. Mule deer!!!

My now deceased Grandfather and his partner owned this land since 1950. It is very isolated and is five miles south of the Canadian border. It is located east of the Turkey Track road. It has a rough and rustic road for access to the land. This parcel is located within thousands of acres of BLM. Land. The deer migrate down from Canada, which to the north is a park of some sort(no hunting in Canada). This land is not tree covered, it it tree free!!! Rough country!!! Phone call only!
