1300 acres in northern Maine in the town of Bancroft with some of the best deer hunting in the area. This is the first time this property is being offered and it has seen very little hunting pressure, only a couple of family members hunting a day or 2 each season as they most always get their deer on the first day. Offered by the week, bow season through muzzle loader season. You will be the only hunting party on the 1300 acres that week. Includes a nice 2 bedroom, one full bathroom home with kitchenette on the property. House is located on additional 130 acres on the Mattawamkeag River. The grouse hunting can be quite good as well. You are welcome to bring your bird dogs and pets are allowed.
