NW CO Mule Deer/Elk 520 acre ranch - GMU 4 - 3rd season DIY hunt

520 acre hunting lease in unit 4 northeast of Craig. This property has been great for Mule Deer with the occasional herd of Elk passing thru. High desert landscape ~6900ft elevation. Surrounded by private ranches with the Elkhead Mountains/national forest not far away to the north. The property also borders a portion of the 38,000 acre Ranching for Wildlife Buck Mountain ranch which has a very good success rate for both elk and deer. I’m looking to allow 2 hunters access for 3rd rifle season for 2024. Nov 9th thru the 15th. $2000 per hunter. Private land 3rd rifle deer tags are usually fairly easy to get in the draw without points. 3rd season Elk tags are OTC or draw. I may have a landowner voucher for deer available that can be redeemed for a license. Camping allowed on the property with electric hookup near the entrance gate.
