Prime Hunting on 60 Acres - Whitetail and Turkey

Property is ideal for deer and turkey hunters.  This property is at the end of a road and fairly secluded and away from main road traffic.  Surrounding properties are mostly wooded and pastures as well creating a great base camp for your hunting season.  There is also a rustic cabin available for rent, although it has all you need it is an 1908 home and work in progress.

Cabin only - archery season
1 day/night - $120 and $20/day each additional person*.

Cabin only - deer gun, muzzle loader season
1 day/night - $180 and $30/day each additional person*.

*maximum of 6 people.

Lease for hunting and cabin - 60 acres private land - $60 per hunter per day for archery and $100 dollars per day for gun season, these would be on top of cabin rates above.

Hunting blind available for lease on 60 acres for $75 per day per hunter (max of 2 comfortably), or bring your own.

Will consider leasing land only without cabin for $150 per day per hunter during archery season (obviously multiple days/hunters will get priority).
Will consider leasing land only without cabin for $200 per day per hunter during gun season.

No killing bambi’s, 6+ only.

Responsible hunters only need apply.  Non refundable deposit required depending on booking time frames.

Yearly leases for the right family or group is possible and negotiable, no guarantees on daily renting.
