Hundreds of Antelope per day winter here as well as a good number of pheasants. Farm ground that is being converted back to a ranch. Hundreds of Antelope per day graze the old crop stubble.

~400 acres will be planted into high sugar grasses that are good for livestock and wild game including Sanfoin

Remaining irrigated acres will be planted in Alfalfa and some annuals. Over time all the irrigated land will be planted into high sugar grasses
