Prime turkey hunting area Pierce Co. Wisconsin

I have two properties one is 103 acres and one mile away I have another 35+ acres in Zone 4. These have a mix of woods, grasslands, fields (some corn still standing) and brushland. Surrounded by woods, grassy areas and fields. This is prime turkey hunting land. I am leasing this property out for each individual turkey season. For each season I am only allowing one individual or two hunter group. No subleasing or guiding is allowed. Cost of lease is $175. 00 per person/gun.
