Rough virtually untouched wooded land up against hundreds-thousands of acres of state land

109 acres of virtually untouched land in the Adirondacks up against hundreds to thousands of acres of state land. We have recently created a path down across the small creek that then follows an old skid road through the middle of the property. Only got to clear a path to the middle of the property, but it’s still accessible by ATV or foot. Have access to a ton of state land that other hunters wouldn’t get to! Please have proof of hunters insurance for anyone using the property. I’d like to keep it to a group of 20 or less. It has been leased the last two years and the group has had successful hunts each year. Please email with any questions!
