Southern ohio “hidden valley” deer hunting lease

530+/- acres mostly wooded estate located in the big buck region of lawrence/gallia county ohio, part of the four counties in southern ohio (adams, scioto, lawrence, gallia) being called “the whitetail capital of the world”. If you are looking for an opportunity to harvest the buck of a lifetime this hunt is for you. Perfect for the veteran bow hunter or the beginner. 1. Minimum of 5 hunters per hunt
2. Hunts are a private full five days in length
3. The majority of the property can be accessed by atv trails (responsible atv use only) 
4. Primitive camping is permitted
5. Portable toilet on site
6. Bow only (no crossbows)
7. Local restaurant for meals if needed
8. Game processing available
9. Tree and ground stands/blinds allowed
10. We will be offering up to 10 spots for each 5 day hunt (you can switch hunters out prior to the hunt but no changes are allowed during the hunt)

Your hunting lease is secured when you make a commitment by placing a non-refundable deposit of 50% on the available opening of the hunt. It is yours to hunt during the specified time frame upon receipt of a signed lease along with payment in full, which is due no less than 7 days before the beginning of the hunt. If payment is not received within 7 days before the beginning of the hunt, you deposit is forfeited and the lease will be made available to the waiting list. Keep in mind that if the property doesn’t fit the description in your opinion, that is not a reason for a refund. Inspect the property first if you are not willing to lose your deposit. 2016-2017 deer hunting seasons (september 24 through february 5)

Hunt prices include primitive camping site with portable community toilet. We provide the land and a map of the land. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the farms, your meals, and game processing. All hunts start on monday and hunters arrive the day before the hunt starts and depart before noon on saturday. Hunters may add additional days at same rate as hunt booked providing we have openings for the extra days. 5 day bow hunts opening day through october 21 $1595/hunter
