PC2 Waterfowl Hunting Club

Waterfowl hunting club in Imperial Valley in between Wister Refuge and Hazard track. Membership only available. The club is a private membership one, with no public access or guided hunts, members only, with additional membership to bring guests. Also, youth hunters are free to accompany a member. Club is open access, do it yourself honor system; all members have equal access and use. Blind sites are first come for the hunt day, you are not assigned one blind but can pick which ever one you want. No one is there all the time to watch over you. Membership limited to 14 with your pick of any of the available blinds. 21 blinds; with 16 free standing brushed blinds and 5 pit blinds. 169-acre club ~70% ponded. Watergrass and Swamp Timothy for early season feed, Japenese Millet and Bullrush (great Snow Goose draw) and for late season feed. If you are feed up with the refugee system, the crowds, getting up at 2 am, etc. This club is for you. Good and great days with some slow days, but that is waterfowl hunting which is dependent on time of the season, weather conditions and moon phase. Pick out blind evening before or an hour before shooting time, walk out and hunt. Easy walking access along nice levee roads to adjacent blinds or pits, with some placed on islands with submerged walk out berms in the larger ponds. Opportunity to hunt seven days a week with the main ponds restricted for duck hunting on none shoot days (M,T,Th,F), allowing for snow goose spread hunting seven days a week. But some ponds available to duck hunting seven days a week. Static snow goose spread of over 400 floaters and 200 shells/full bodies placed out around goose spread pits. The main reason why we hunt 7 days a week (on non-shoot days for refugee and other clubs) is to actually work in Snow Geese unhindered or edgy like on a shoot day for refuge and other clubs. There is an ample parking and dry (no power hookup) camping area which is graveled and easily accessible. Trailer/fifth wheel parking available. If you can make it to club on those bad weather days, you can get in and out of club. Gated and secured access for members only. Porta potty provided and cleaned weekly. A 3. 3 million gallon fully stocked bass pond for the days you limit early or are slow or if just feel like bass fishing. Campfires and sometimes cook outs in evenings around trailers. Walk out to blind locations in morning on levee roads. Setup of duck decoys day before is allowed after shoot time ends, depending on if roosting snow geese or not. This club enables you to get up about 45 mins before shoot time, have coffee and get out to blinds for shoot time,

Individual membership $1700
Membership with a guest $2200

If you are interested, email me with your contact number if want a call or send me address for a membership packet. If you can organize getting out while I am there doing work, planting or watering up, I will give you the full tour. Check out photos to get an idea of blinds, ponds and setups. There tends to be more snow goose pics then ducks as they are harder to get then ducks, so we take more pics of them.
