Private destination resort located on 300 acres of land in Southeast Iowa., specializing in Weddings, Receptions, Special Occasions & Hunting. We are located in Zone 5 - The best Deer Hunting Zone in “Iowa” and Turkey Hunts in Zone 4. Our land borders 3/4 of a mile of the Skunk River & you can’t get any better than this! Nestled in the timber, our 5,000 sq. ft. Whitetail Lodge provides comfortable lodging for your hunting party with a wrap around deck and lower-level open patios. The main level features a fully-equipped kitchen, Great Room with large flat screen tv and DISH TV Network, three double queen suites and a bunk room suite that sleeps six. In the lower level, there is a nine bed bunk room, laundry facility, two bathrooms, a game room and media room with a 60” flat screen TV.
Fees for lodging are included in the hunt package price. At booking, you will be provided with a grocery list to select your custom items for a fully stocked kitchen, ready upon your arrival. Ask about our different boarding options.
