Windsor, 216 Acres of Public Hunting Land for Whitetail Deer, Predator, Exotics – Windsor, Vermont

This 216-acre WMA is under the possession of State of Vermont and managed by the Vermont Fish & Wildlife Department. The animals that can be hunt at Skitchewaug WMA include: white-tailed deer, snowshoe hare, red and gray squirrels, red fox and coyote. The WMA is located four miles east of Springfield on Route 143. Camping is allowed at this site and car parking area is also available.
