Hot Springs, 106,943 Acres of Public Hunting Land for Whitetail Deer, Elk, Exotics – Hot Springs, Wyoming

This land is situated in Hot Springs County and the total area of this land is 106,943 acres. The animals that can be hunt on this land are Antelope, Deer, Elk, and Moose. Hunters must inform the management about the animals they want to hunt before visiting this site. Applications for hunting permission slips can be submitted from July every year and unlimited permission slips are available from September to January each year. Moreover, the surface of this land is mostly covered with forest, grassy upland, wetland, and timberland. The management of this land does not provide restroom facility for the hunters. Lastly, cars are not allowed beyond the designated parking lot.
