This 400 acres of land is located in Strafford County on the west shore of Bellamy River between Portsmouth and Dover. Commonly available hunting options include deer, upland game, meadowlarks, pheasant, bobolinks, and waterfowl. This Bellamy River Wildlife Management Area is a great resting area for migrating game and non-game birds such as waterfowl and estuarine species like sandpipers, herons, osprey, and gulls. The Bellamy River is also a home to cottontail rabbits but hunting for cottontail is not allowed. A nearby location is designated for vehicle parking.
