This 18,000 – acres hunting tract is consisting of shore grass beds, freshwater and brackish marsh, cypress-tupelo forest, bayous, hardwood forest hammocks, and long-leaf pine savannah. Species of animals that can be hunt on this land are Deer, Rabbit, Raccoon, Alligator, and Muskrat. Activities that can be performed on this land other than hunting are fishing, hiking, boating, and wildlife viewing. The management of this land does not provide the restroom facility for the hunters and camping is also prohibited. Moreover, hunters who are physically challenged can also hunt on this land in their designated area. Also, teenage hunters are allowed to hunt on this land but there must be some adult with them who continuously monitor them.
