This land provides a great opportunity for hunters to hunt White-Tailed Deer, Cottontail Rabbits, Fox, Raccoon, Muskrat, Mink, Waterfowl, Ruffed Grouse, Wild Turkey, Woodcock, and Coyote. The surface of Nicholas Farm wildlife management area is mostly covered with open grassland, wetland, forest, and agricultural crops. The hunters visiting this land must possess an appropriate hunting license. Hunters who are underage can also hunt on this land but under the monitoring of some adult who has a valid hunting license. Restrooms are not available on this land and camping is also not allowed. Lastly, no motor vehicle is allowed beyond the parking area.
