This area encompasses 13,200 - acres of beach and dunes, surf zones, shrub and brush land, costal, strand and scrub, coastal strand, salt water marshes, shrub wetlands, and retention ponds. The management of this tract has managed this land by timber harvesting, grassland planting, and shrub and trees planting. The species which are available for hunting on this property are rabbits, squirrels, deer, turkey, ruffed grouse, and pheasants. Camping is allowed on this land and a car parking lot is available for the hunters. The activities that can be done here other than hunting are fishing, hiking, trapping, and wildlife viewing, cross country skiing, and birding. Lastly, a specified area is also available for the hunters who are physically challenged.
