100 acres in Lampasas County near Rumely, TX, for two guns. Ranch has been in my family since 1942. Never leased this property before. Located approximately 1 hour north of Austin. There is a 40 acre oat field and improved coastal fields with fair tree coverage. Located in between other ranches with creeks and a river. This is a working cattle ranch, and only looking to lease during deer season. Will lease for $2,500 per gun (Total $5,000). There are no other hunters on this property.
