EXCLUSIVELY AVAILABLE - Rifle Season (ie: Michigan Nov 15-30)! YOU may   pre-access the 100 acres for blind setup. NO HUNTERS will be there AHEAD OF YOU for Bow Season (—just the visiting young grandchildren enjoying autumn in The Great Lakes State). This has been in the family for generations, essentially bounded by the (county-plowed) country road and a winding creek. The terrain includes rolling hills with White Pine,  open fields, Cedars & some hardwoods,  wild apple trees,  even an old orchard,  an elevated deer blind,  a ground deer blind overlooking both a swampy-spot and a wooded plateau. North-South travel into the property is via the private 2-Track road which cuts directly to the furthest inward point. There is a small swamp bounded by Red Pine which run along the 2-Track until that road opens into the rolling pasture. Our acreage is accessed via a locking gate. You are welcome to use the onsite outhouse, two picnic tables and fire-pit; if additionally you’d like to park a camper,  feel free to do so noting that there are no fixtures or hookups (we simply use the ‘Campsite Zone’  for scenic rustic family tent-adventures). DEER are EVERYWHERE. We invite you to satisfy your lust for venison, while counting on your discretion to only WAVE AT our plentiful other critters even if they might seem tasty or appear to be eligible for target-practice! We are exceedingly proud of our scenic slice of Northern Michigan and it rarely becomes available for Lease so, please, only reach out if you indeed are interested in this readily accessible oasis which is EASY to reach from M-115 ... BONUS: merely a 20-minute drive into Cadillac for movies, Walmart, Meijer, Home Depot, etc. A quick 11-min drive into the little town of Marion which boasts its own Bar, Breakfast joints, grocery store and gas stations. The $5,000 Lease requires you to assume full responsibility for any/all insurance considerations for you and your guests as well as to assure us that all debris/trash will leave with you instead of being buried or tossed on-site.
