12 acres surrounded by 6000 acres southwest of Splendora HS

I have 12 acres surrounded by 6000 acres of privately owned heavy timber, southwest of Splendora HS and south of 2090.  The tripod stand is still good and hasn’t been hunted in years.  Land is mostly cleared with 50% tall vegetation.  No fences on 80% of the land.  Utilities could be re-connect to an RV pedestal with a little work.
