12000 acres with electricity and camping. No water -14 members. Only one opening. White tail mature bucks only no whitetail does. Mule deer bucks must be 20 inch outside spread-TPW rule. Mule deer does by issued permit only-TPW rule. Hogs coyotes bobcats etc. Varmints. Year round lease. Each hunter has his own area and stands. Must feed year round. This is a great established group of hunters. We typically kill 4 bucks over 140 BC. Each year. Children are allowed and one guest. They shoot off your allotment. We have covered area with lights to cook.$3100 per year. The area that is up for lease has had 6 days hunting total in 3 years. Last 2 years 1 day total hunting. It has one stand that needs TLC. Two feeders that can be bought for 125$ each-I rebuilt them 2yrs ago and a large feeder pen no charge. Terrain is canyons that over look Wind River that flows into Pease river.
