150 Acre lease Junction Texas with Water and Electricity

$1,600 per gun for 3 guns includes all species. $200 flat rate for utilities based on previous usage.  Price includes water, and electricity.  Ranch has a large propane tank that lessee can fill if needed.  There are three feeders on the ranch.  Feeders where fed through the winter and summer.  Lease is from now through april and can be renewed annually for same price if all parties agree.  1 mature buck, one doe, and old spike per hunter.  All other game limits follow the laws of kimble county and the state of texas.
